I began as a UI Designer for Coca-Cola ETH En tu Hogar México, one of Coca-Cola’s largest B2C distribution channels globally.
I later advanced to a UX/UI Lead role, leading the design system project and the re-architecture of platform features, ensuring a seamless user experience. This platform enables all Coca-Cola bottlers across the country to manage operations centrally. My responsibilities included managing the design team, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and aligning design strategies with business goals. I also optimized workflows and ensured design consistency across the platform.
